CLOSING FEES

We keep our fees honest and very reasonable.  Have you ever had a title company tell you that they have the lowest closing fee in town?  That’s probably because they add on other fees such as a Document Preparation fee, overnight delivery fees, courier fees, wire fees, etc.  At Realty Title Solutions, we only charge one Settlement fee so there are never any surprises. 


CLOSING FEES
$350 for improved property to party paying title insurance
$250 for vacant land to party paying title
$300 addit’l to buyer if obtaining a loan
$300 for refinances

TITLE INSURANCE PREMIUM
Rates calculated per thousand
$0—$100,000    $5.75 per thousand
Over $100,000  $ million add $5.00 per thousand
Over $1 million add $2.50 per thousand

Simultaneous Loan Policy $75.00

Endorsements       $45 each
Florida Form 9  10% of total premium
